Der FV Plochingen Cricket Club (FVPCC) wurde im Jahr 2022 mit dem Ziel gegründet, den Menschen in der Region Stuttgart die Sportart Cricket sowohl im Freizeit- als auch im Profibereich näher zu bringen. 
Der FVPCC hat sich in diesem Gründungsjahr für den professionellen Hardball Cricket unter dem DCB (Deutscher Cricket Bund e.V.) angemeldet, was die Begeisterung der Vereinsmitglieder zeigt. So nimmt das Club-Cricket-Team an der 50 Over- und der T20-Liga des DCB teil. 
Seit dem Tag, an dem die Gründung des Clubs geplant wurde, sind wir mit Mitgliedern überschwemmt worden, die sich für den Sport interessieren, und haben bereits ein starkes Team gebildet, das den Club repräsentiert. Der FVPCC nimmt an der Regionalliga teil und freut sich sehr auf seinen ersten Auftritt in der DCB-Liga in diesem Jahr. 
Der Verein hat beschlossen, nicht nur professionelles Cricket zu fördern, sondern auch ein wenig Freizeit-Cricket. So entstanden die Teams für Tape Ball Cricket. Da wir Cricket fördern wollen, bietet dies auch Nicht-Profis die Möglichkeit, den Sport zu erleben.
Im Rahmen der Clubaktivitäten planen wir die Durchführung mehrerer lokaler Tape-Ball-Turniere. Im Sommer sind Outdoor-Turniere für die anderen Vereine in der Umgebung von Stuttgart geplant und im Winter sind Hallen-Bandball-Turniere geplant. 
Wir nehmen mit den Mannschaften "Kings" und "Spades" an den anderen Hallenbandballturnieren in Baden-Württemberg teil und vertreten unseren Verein.

FV Plochingen cricket club (FVPCC) is started in the year 2022 with the aim to let people is the Stuttgart region to experience and enjoy the sport cricket both at recreational and at professional level. 

The FVPCC has registered itself for the professional hardball cricket under DCB (Deutsche Cricket Bund e.V) in this foundation year which shows the enthusiasm of the club members. Thus, the club cricket team is participating in the DCB's 50 over and DCB's T20 leagues. 

Since the day of planning to form the club, we have been outpoured with members who are interested to play the sport and have already formed a strong team to represent the club. The FVPCC will participate in the Regionalliga and is very much excited about their first venture into the DCB leagues this year. 

The club decided not only to encourage professional cricket but also some recreational cricket. Thus emerged the teams for tape ball cricket. As we aim to promote cricket, this provides opportunity for non-professionals to experience the sport.

As a part of the club activities, we plan to conduct several local tape ball tournaments. During the summer, outdoor tournaments for the other clubs around Stuttgart is planned and during winter, indoor tape ball tournaments are planned.
We take part in the other indoor tape ball tournaments around the Baden-Württemberg region with the teams "Kings" and "Spades" representing our club.
